Shipping
Orders ship from our studio within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping is a flat $9.95, and free on orders over $100. Most deliveries arrive within 3–6 business days.
Returns
Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return any piece in its original condition. Start a return by replying to your order confirmation email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.
Damaged items
Our pieces are dense, but corners can chip in transit. If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days and we'll ship a replacement at no charge — no need to return the damaged piece.
